Terms and Conditions
A dermatology referral appointment is time-consuming, not only the time of the appointment Itself but the time reading through the clinical history sent to use by referring vets. We have unfortunately had several referred clients cancel their appointments at the 11th hour, so we have had to update our Ts and Cs –we reserve the right to charge clients for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, up to 80% of the cost of the appointment.
